The space
Step through the front door and you’re greeted by natural light pouring in from the patio doors, envelop yourself in the light and airy surroundings, smooth wood floors, rich coastal tones of blues, cool gray and touches of gold, orange and pink are featured throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked (featuring a Keurig machine) and was newly updated from the tranquil blue walls, sand toned cabinets, recessed lighting and uplit backsplash to the vibrant pendant lights- here an avid cook will find everything needed to create a family a meal just like at home!

Walk past the kitchen into the dining area featuring a beautiful stone accent wall, artwork and dining table with seating for 6. Relish in meals spent dining together as a family recounting the daily attractions and highlights.

The living room overlooks the patio/pool and is warm, inviting and a great place for family fun! Featuring comfortable and stylish seating, a tv, video games, a ceiling light/fan, blinds, artwork and more! This is the perfect place to sit back and relax together after a long day out…

Step through the sliding door outside to the screened in linai patio complete with a pool, privacy wall on both sides, bbq, lighting, decor and seating…endless hours of fun can be had by all in the Florida heat!

There is a half bathroom just off the front door, easily accessible to all. There is also a laundry room just off the bathroom on the first level for convenient cleaning.

Head up the vibrant teal staircase to the second level where all bedrooms are located. The first suite is the “Hint of Mint” master king suite featuring a calming color palette of mint green, silver and neutrals, a king bed, nightstands, bedside lamps, a tv, ceiling light/fan, closet, blinds, curtains and a private full bathroom. The bathroom is complete with a glass shower, vanity, essentials and toiletry starter kit.

Next up is the “Morning Glory” queen suite complete with a zen color story of sky blue, soft gray,  taupe and hints of soft pink and green. The suite features: a queen bed, nightstands, marble bedside lamps, a tv, ceiling light/fan, mirror, closet, blinds and curtains.

The last, but certainly not least is the “Daily Catch” double twin bed suite. This unique suite features striped walls, a theme of animals/adventure and is neutral enough for both adults and children to enjoy! The daily catch is complete with two twin beds, a nightstand, bedside lamp, tv, ceiling light, artwork, blinds, curtains and a closet. The queen suite and double twin suites share a full bathroom with shower, bathtub, vanity, toiletry starter kit, artwork and more!
