The space

Look no further for your family vacation rental,  because Villa Rubina has it all! Step through the front door and you’re immediately greeted by the tranquil, inviting and spacious layout. The first floor boasts a color palette of cool grays and blues with pops of sunny yellow and gold throughout-creating the ideal environment to let your cares melt away. There is a loose safari theme in the villa with many animals, objects from nature, and an overall lovely feeling of outdoor meets indoor living. Once you pass the sea “relic display” console/table in the entrance you’re surrounded by pops of aqua, gold and vibrant yellow in the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious, with granite countertops and crisp white cabinets fully stocked with all that you and your family need to create a beautiful meal for all to share and enjoy.

Across from the kitchen in an airy open layout format is the lux wooden dining set with seating for eight. The dining nook overlooks the living room area where family and friends can gather and enjoy quality time together whether it’s watching shows, chatting, or playing video games the options are endless! The extra wide patio door lets in tons of light and a lovely view of the back patio and pool area.

Slide the patio door open and step out into your very own private oasis. From the large dining table, bbq, chaise lounges, pool and jacuzzi there are hours of endless fun to be had by all! Villa Rubina is unique in that there are only potential neighbors on one side and there is a privacy fence on the other giving all guests a secluded feeling. The villa also has a large overhang affording guests enjoyment outside rain or shine!

The first of the two master king suites is located on the first floor- providing anyone who cannot climb the stairs access to everything desired without needing to go upstairs. The “Coral Reef” master king suite boasts serene tones of aqua and tan with pops of metallics and is complete with a king bed, nightstand, bedside lamp, tv, dresser, overhead light/fan, closet, artwork and private master bath. The master bath is very tastefully decorated and features private direct access to the patio/pool, a soaking tub, shower, a granite double vanity/sink and private toilet quarters.

Walk down the hallway to the shared main half bath, and then a bit further to the laundry nook. At the end of the hall you will find the decked out game room. The game room is full of color and fun, featuring a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, poker table and dart board! Here the family can easily get a healthy competition going and spend hours of quality time together!

Head back to the entrance and make your way up the stairs where you will notice the ultra high ceilings welcoming you into the second spacious living room. The second floor living den features a calming color palette of sand and gray with pops of green, blue, yellow and orange. This space boasts plenty of comfortable seating for all, a tv for family movie nights, artwork, board games, a desk and more!

The suites are wonderfully situated, giving every guest ample privacy and opportunity for time to themselves. The large “Sandy Dunes” Master king suite is located down its own corridor and features tones of blue and white with pops of red. This suite is complete with a king bed, two nightstands, bedside lamps, a dresser, tv, overhead light/fan, closet and private bathroom. The bathroom features a double vanity/sink with granite countertops, shower and toilet quarters and artwork.

Just off the middle portion of the second floor living room are the children’s suites. The “One Fish, Two Fish” double bunk bed suite is complete with two comfortable bed bunks providing room for four to sleep, a tv, closet and a colorful underwater theme. This suite shares a full bathroom with the “Strawberry Fields” double twin suite. The “Strawberry Fields” suite features tones of pink, white and red with two twin beds, a nightstand, bedside lamp, tv, closet, chest of drawers and artwork.

At the end of the living room you will find the master queen suites which share a full bathroom. The “Birds of a Feather” queen suite features a color palette of green, white and rich brown with pops of pink. This suite boasts a queen bed, two nightstands, bedside lamps, a closet, tv, overhead light/fan and artwork. The second “Seahorse Beach” Suite is complete with tones of purple, blue and tan and features a queen bed, nightstands, bedside lamps, a closet, tv, overhead light/fan and artwork.
